Welcome to the Internet home of Sine Nomine, a chamber chorus founded in 2006 in Denver, Colorado. Sine Nomine is united for two purposes: first, we wish to sing together and enjoy each other’s company. Second, we wish to develop individual musical skills, build an excellent ensemble, and present our work in the form of public concerts. In addition to the purpose of singing music, Sine Nomine believes that we have a mission to fulfill. We use the medium of music to reflect and build the community where we want to live. By first reflecting the community, we dedicate ourselves to inclusiveness, acceptance, and tolerance. By the selection of our musical repertoire, we build and grow the sense of peace, optimism, and openness that makes the world a better place. Sine Nomine fosters openness and acceptance; membership is open to any individual regardless of gender, age, race, ethnicity, or sexual identity or orientation. We are members of the GALA Association of Choruses. |

Sine Nomine is a contemporary chamber chorus, a small group singing an inclusive message of optimism and joy … not your typical community chorus! This spring concert features everything from pop songs you’ve seen on “Glee” and a jazz version of “Shenandoah” to an uplifting Rene Clausen arrangement of Psalm 100 and a contemporary setting of the words of the ancient poet Rumi — “The most living moment is when those who love each other meet each other’s eyes.” We look forward to seeing you there! |

Discounted tickets are available for students, seniors, and singers with Colorado GALA choruses and the Northland Chorale. |
